A brief phone call to see if we are a good fit for working together! You can ask questions and I will give you an overview of what to expect from nutrition counseling.
Initial Session
60-75 minutes
$180 (cash-pay rate)
A comprehensive assessment where we will review medical and feeding history, questions and concerns you have, and will discuss goals for our time working together.
Follow-up Session
45-55 minutes
$150 (cash-pay rate)
Follow-up visits to check in on goals, progress, make adjustments to feeding plans, brainstorm new snack or meals ideas, etc.
I am not currently contracted with any insurance companies and am considered an Out-of-Network (OON) Provider.
I can provide a “superbill” for you to submit to your child’s insurance company for reimbursement. I recommend you contact your child’s insurance company prior to our initial session to inquire about reimbursement for nutrition counseling.
